We’re reasonably friendly, so if you have questions, comments, suggestions, or even rants, give us a call, a letter, or an email. We’ll listen and respond.
Some suggestions, though. Because we get hundreds of emails each day (okay, maybe 10...5...1, please?) it would be helpful if you mentioned in the subject line what the correspondence was about. Like: “re possible gig on the 11th of February, 2008,” or “need 500 CD’s to give away for Christmas presents” (we can dream, too). You get the point.
As for the phone calls… you’re on your own on that. I don’t answer the phone so I have no suggestions except to be polite (like your mother always told you, “if you can’t say anything nice, send cash.” (Isn’t that what she meant?) |
